Job summary

Artheon seeks a highly motivated Resident Engineer to join our team in Berlin, NJ. The on-site chief will oversee highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects, enforce contract plans, supervise field inspectors, and manage safety and traffic control. Strong communication with clients and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of heavy highway construction management experience.
• Familiarity with NJDOT or NJTA design standards and Construction Management systems.
• Ability to manage field inspection teams and enforce contract requirements.
