Rudolph and Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to join our Menlo Park, CA team. The role focuses on field operations, ensuring plans and specifications are followed with quality control measures and thorough reporting of daily work and quantities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least five years of field-project experience on large commercial or healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or four years’ experience in construction management.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as an entry level Project Engineer in the field.

Responsibilities

• Interpret designs and drawings for field installations and materials.
• Review submittals, mock-ups, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with codes, drawings, and specifications through QA/QC.
• Prepare field design change requests and as-built drawings as required.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and documentation in alignment with project plans.
