Job summary

Teleport is looking for a hands-on technical partner to work with large customers. You will design how the product fits each customer environment, deploy and configure it, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The role requires years of customer-facing engineering, plus strong Linux, cloud, Kubernetes, SSH, PKI, SSO and RBAC skills. You will also run trainings and lead rollout plans across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with customer-facing engineering.
• Solid Linux, cloud, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Security basics: SSH, PKI, single sign-on and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Design how the product fits a customer environment and specify deployment.
• Deploy and configure the product in customer environments and troubleshoot live issues.
• Lead training, rollout plans and coordinate across multiple accounts.
