Job summary

Firecrawl in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Senior Field Engagement Manager to own Deployment's side of revenue rooms—dinners, workshops, conferences, and hackathons—turning conversations into qualified pipeline. You will travel up to 50% for events and report to the VP of Deployment; on-site SF HQ with strong technical credibility is required.

With 5+ years in developer-facing roles, you will curate guest lists, coordinate invitations, and manage end-to-end room execution to drive opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles that put you in rooms with developers (field or developer marketing, developer relations, community, solutions, or a technical seat with a pull toward the commercial side).
• Able to call an API and show a developer what one request did to a page.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Accounts to the Calendar: define ICPs and target accounts each quarter and map them to the appropriate room format.
• Curate the Room: build guest lists from ICP maps and outbound lists, brief teammates in the room.
• Be Technical at the Table: demo the API live, handle technical questions, and know when to involve an engineer.
• Turn the Room into Pipeline: manage pre/during/post-event follow-up and ensure deals transfer to the pod's FDE.
• Measure and Feed the Playbook: report attendee quality, opportunities, and pipeline impact.
