Hosted.ai is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and run in-person programs in the San Francisco Bay Area that connect AI leaders with our GPU-compute platform. The role focuses on pipeline through executive dinners, roundtables, and targeted meetings, not generic brand awareness.

You will own events from concept to post-event follow-up, coordinate budgets, guest lists, and post-event reporting while collaborating with sales to drive measurable pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field, event, or regional marketing experience at a technology company, with at least part of it in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• You have run events end to end yourself, including executive dinners or roundtables for VP and C-level technical audiences.
• Experience marketing to technical buyers in AI, cloud infrastructure, data, or developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bay Area field calendar: hosted executive dinners, technical roundtables, practitioner meetups, and targeted events.
• Run programs end to end: guest list, invitations, venue, run of show, on-site, and 48-hour follow-up with clear goals.
• Lead presence at key Bay Area AI infrastructure events and curate market formats for operators and capacity owners.
