Twilio is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Partner to join our Global Go-To-Market Enablement team. You will act as a strategic advisor to the Global Customer Services organization, shaping enablement programs that drive performance and revenue impact.

You will design, localize, and rollout high-impact strategies, deliver both virtual and in-person sessions, and collaborate with LXD to align learning with measurable business outcomes. This remote role is based in Canada with travel.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in services/sales enablement or related roles; 3+ in strategic enablement.
• Proven track record of measurable performance ROI.
• Deep understanding of the B2B sales/services cycle within SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (Highspot, Gong), LMS, and CRMs (Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and practical application of frameworks like Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable enablement initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Self-starter with urgency and strong collaboration across global teams.

• Deliver High-Impact Learning: facilitate virtual and in-person enablement sessions for field roles.
• Drive Program Execution & Adoption: plan and execute enablement roadmaps with metrics and adoption tracking.
• Co-Design Modern Curriculum: partner with LXD to set objectives grounded in adult learning theory and business outcomes.
• Optimize & Iterate Content: update curriculum and knowledge bases with data-backed improvements.
• Maintain Competitive Edge: monitor trends to keep field teams differentiated.
