Job summary

Twilio seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Talent Development, to lead live learning experiences that shape how Twilions grow, lead, and collaborate globally. You will design programs, lead leadership offsites, and coach leaders and high-potential talent across the globe.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Talent Development and requires expert facilitation, rigorous design, and measurable behavior change in a remote-first environment. 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years in talent development with leadership program design and facilitation experience.
• Experience designing executive offsites and leadership team sessions.
• Expert facilitation across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Strong instructional design grounded in adult learning principles.
• Executive presence with trust-building and confidentiality.
• Experience using learning data to drive decisions.
• Travel to in-person programs and offsites ~25% of the time.
• Certification in Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, or 360-degree tools.
• Experience building internal coaching programs and facilitator pathways.
• Experience applying AI to accelerate program design and coaching reach.
• Ability to manage a busy facilitation and coaching calendar in a fast-paced culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and build development programs end-to-end for leaders and individual contributors globally.
• Facilitate programs in person, virtual, and hybrid formats to build skills and shift behavior.
• Lead leadership team offsites and align teams with strategic outcomes and commitments.
• Serve as an internal coach delivering one-on-one and team coaching engagements.
• Develop internal facilitation capability by certifying a bench of facilitators.
• Diagnose capability gaps with HRBPs and leaders to choose training or coaching solutions.
• Measure impact via feedback, behavior change, and business outcomes; iterate accordingly.
