Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive-level support in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience supporting leaders in strategic planning, business operations, or related functions.
• High integrity with confidential information; strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience planning domestic and international travel including visas.
• Ability to plan virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits and events.
• Proficient in G-Suite, Zoom, Slack; excellent time-management and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Calendar & Priority Management: align with executives, stack-rank requests, and manage complex calendars.
• Proactive Time & Workload Insights: advise on calendar efficiency with discretion.
• End-to-End Travel & Logistics: manage domestic/international travel, expenses, and meetings.
• Team Liaison: connect with direct reports and cross-functional partners.
• Offsites & Event Execution: lead planning and budgeting for executive offsites and events.
• Internal Communications Support: schedule all-hands, manage distribution lists, post messages.
• Peer Collaboration: align with other Executive Business Partners on priorities.
• Business Acumen & Growth: understand drivers to support leadership and development.
