Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, coaching, and content for the Mid-Enterprise sales team. The role requires hands-on execution, program leadership, and collaboration with Field Enablement and Onboarding leaders to ensure adoption and impact across sales motions.

The position is primarily remote, with in-office presence required two days per week in the Chicago area. Travel for bootcamps is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in sales enablement or program management.
• Strong field-facing facilitation and deal-coaching skills.
• Experience selling complex SaaS/cybersecurity solutions with multi-stakeholder buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding execution and program delivery for Mid-Enterprise sales.
• Lead recurring call reviews, coaching sessions, and adoption reporting.
• Draft, maintain, and update Mid-Enterprise enablement assets with cross-functional partners.
• Travel to in-person bootcamps; support cross-functional buy-in and impact measurement.
