Modular Mission Critical is seeking a seasoned electrical test technician to lead inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and startup of low and medium voltage systems both in the field and in shop environments.

You will interpret schematics, operate protective relays, breakers, transformers, and related equipment, and travel regionally/nationally as needed. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with engineers and clients.

Formación

• NETA/NICET certification preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of ANSI, IEEE, NETA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Proficiency in protective relays, circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear.
• Experience with test equipment such as Doble, Omicron, Megger, Vanguard, Fluke.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, lead, and support multiple projects onsite and in-house.
• Test low and medium voltage cables, transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays.
• Contain material costs by reducing waste and improving controls.
• Rotate emergency on-call duty and respond to customer emergencies.
• Promote continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Perform acceptance and maintenance testing per NETA standards.
