Next150 Construction is seeking a Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee a major scope of the project with direct field leadership, ensuring work aligns with scope, safety, quality, schedule, and budget. This role collaborates with the General Superintendent to plan, execute, and monitor activities, maintaining proactive safety and quality control and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• OSHA 30 hour certified.
• 7-10 years of experience on $15 million+ commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• Experience leading components and/or a whole project.

Responsabilités

• Directs day-to-day execution and coordination of assigned trades to ensure safe, high-quality production.
• Develops detailed work plans and ensures field changes are reviewed and authorized.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to plan work and anticipate issues.
• Secures required permits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
