Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent III to lead complex trade scopes on major projects and mentor junior field leaders. You will provide direct on-site leadership to ensure work aligns with scope, safety requirements, quality standards, and schedule commitments.

You will also collaborate with the Lead Superintendent on logistics, resource planning, sequencing, and implementation of field technology and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
• 2–8 years of superintendent experience on construction projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates trade contractors and self-performed crews safely and per scope, schedule, and quality.
• Develops and communicates detailed work plans for assigned scopes.
• Ensures permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are in place.
• Acts as safety representative and promotes a safety-first culture in the field.
• Oversees quality control, inspections, and corrective actions for assigned trades.
• Leads contractor meetings and coordinates with field and project leadership.
• Maintains daily field reports, safety docs, and production records (Procore).
• Creates and manages trade-level schedules and contingency plans.
• Plans jobsite logistics, materials flow, and sequencing.
• Assists with forecasting and cost-of-work projections.
