Job summary

Next150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations, coordinating trade contractors and field activities while maintaining high safety standards and quality control.

The role focuses on developing foundational leadership skills, assisting with daily planning, safety observations, and documentation. You will work with senior field leadership to ensure compliant jobsite operations and learn through Gilbane University training resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years in a field leadership/supervisor construction role; 3–8 years total.
• OSHA 10 certified; ability to obtain OSHA 30 within 3 months.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and site/CM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating trade contractors and field activities to maintain schedule.
• Support safety protocols and participate in safety orientations and audits.
• Maintain daily reports and field documentation using construction software.
• Attend project meetings to support communication and coordination.
• Track labor, production quantities, and forecast workforce needs.
