Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee assigned trades and major project scopes on our rock-solid commercial/industrial builds. You will lead field activities, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment, and coordinate with the General Superintendent and project stakeholders.

You will manage day-to-day execution, develop detailed work plans, maintain site documentation, and drive safety and performance while mentoring junior team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7-10 years of experience on $15M+ commercial/industrial projects in a superintendent role.
• Experience leading components and/or a whole project.
• OSHA 30 hour certification.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day execution and coordination of assigned trades and self-performed work to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops and communicates detailed work plans; reviews and documents field changes with safety planning.
• Keeps contract documents, specifications, and coordination requirements up-to-date to anticipate issues.
• Secures and maintains permits, inspections, and compliance for assigned scopes.
• Leads safety and quality control; conducts contractor meetings with project leadership.
• Maintains daily field reports, safety records, and progress tracking.
• Plans jobsite logistics, sequencing, and material flow for assigned scopes.
