This role requires front-line communication with vendors, design professionals, and clients to keep projects moving forward. The ideal candidate has construction management leadership experience, Procore certifications, and proficiency with MS Project and Excel.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field strongly recommended.
• Minimum 6 months in a Project Superintendent 2 or equivalent.
• Procore Project Manager Certifications required.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Office, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare project schedules and update as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Safety Policy for all on site personnel.
• Coordinate meetings with subcontractors and document outcomes.
• Manage project purchasing and budget conversations.
