You will direct company crews and subcontractors, uphold safety, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality while maintaining clear communication with clients. The role demands 10+ years in commercial construction, proficient use of Procore and MS Project, OSHA 30, and a proven track record delivering $15M+ projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED; trade certifications or training preferred.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial projects valued at $15M+.
• Proficiency with digital tools (iPad, smartphone, email); Procore a plus.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• OSHA 30-hour, CPR, and First Aid.
• Knowledge of construction operations and self-perform capabilities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with teams, subs, and clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
