Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a full-time Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities at a Springfield project. You will manage self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants while maintaining the jobsite safety program, quality management, and schedule coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management with at least 5 years of field experience, OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred), and strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, with 5+ years of field experience.
• Understanding of building plans and specs.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• CSL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Proficient in managing safety, schedule, cost, quality, and relationships with external partners.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractor insurance and valid subs before work on site.
• Supervise on-site construction to align with plans and specs.
• Interact with client reps, A-E reps, other contractors, and building officials.
