Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to provide overall site management at construction project sites within Field Operations. You will oversee on-site activities, self-perform labor, subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule coordination.

The role reports to the General Superintendent and supervises foremen and project engineers, managing budgets and client interfaces. A Bachelor’s in construction management with 5+ years’ experience and OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management.
• At least 5 years of construction field experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of corporate quality programs and subcontract language.
• Proficient with safety standards and building plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain project budget, cost to complete, and change documentation.
• Develop baseline schedule and monitor progress against it.
• Interface with client reps and authorities professionally.
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly foreman meetings.
• Develop Site-Specific Quality Plan and ensure QC.
