Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Proficient in all areas of focus: Safety, Schedule, Cost, Quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractor qualifications and insurance prior to work on site.
• Serve as OSHA competent person for tasks or designate others.
• Preplan operations to prevent hazards and correct hazards immediately.
• Supervise on-site construction to ensure conformance with plans and specs.
• Understand contract documents and provide technical assistance on construction methods.
• Set project goals with the project team and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Create and manage the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) and oversee quality efforts.
• Track budgets, manage T&M, and monitor cost-to-complete.
