Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. seeks an on-site Superintendent to lead field operations at a major project. You will oversee all on-site activities, including self-perform work, subcontractors, and consultants, while administering the safety program and ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management with 5+ years of experience, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills to deliver projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management and at least 5 years of construction experience.
• Understanding of building plans and specifications required.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost reports, and labor production reports.
• Strong safety program knowledge and corporate quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage on-site construction activities, including self-perform work, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Oversee quality management, scheduling coordination, and overall site supervision.
• Verify subcontractor insurance and contract validity before work on site.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and act as OSHA competent person.
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly foreman meetings; coordinate labor and materials.
• Interface with client representatives and other stakeholders professionally.
• Support business development and pursuit of future projects.
