Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to provide overall administrative and technical management at construction project sites in New York.

You will oversee all on-site activities, including self-perform work, subcontractors, and consultants, while administering safety, quality, and schedule programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management with 5+ years of field experience, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), and a strong knowledge of CPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management with at least 5 years of experience in the construction field.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• CSL preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate safety and quality programs.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule and cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage budget, monthly cost to complete, and T&M verification.
• Develop and implement site safety plans and quality plans (SSQP).
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for self-perform operations.
• Interface professionally with clients, A/E representatives, and other contractors.
• Lead weekly foreman meetings and daily stand-ups to drive schedule adherence.
