Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a skilled site coordinator for a Phoenix-based project. This role involves coordinating field operations, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to drawings, quality standards, and schedules.

The position requires strong organization, reporting, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, documentation, and collaboration with the Project Construction Manager. Travel and on-site work are integral.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years construction/field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Label and photograph construction progress accurately and maintain project records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and manage document control per standards.
• Ensure contractors use latest design drawing revisions for construction.
• Support the Project Construction Manager as needed and assist with key trades/subcontractors.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Maintain professional communication with management and clients to resolve project issues clearly.
• Maintain on-site records in line with The Perry Group’s standards and quality systems.

Education
