Job summary

Hargrove seeks a Construction Coordinator to manage industrial coordination for small to mid-size projects, working under general supervision. You will coordinate daily field tasks with contractors, monitor milestones, and develop work‑around plans to mitigate delays, while ensuring safety standards are followed on site.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and at least 5 years in industrial construction coordination, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of industrial construction coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of company standards and safety practices.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks with contractors to meet milestones.
• Monitor contractor performance and identify conflicts or delays.
• Develop work‑around plans with other coordinators to maintain schedule.
• Ensure safety requirements are applied on site and hazards are mitigated.
