Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking a construction coordinator to manage small to moderate industrial projects under general supervision, coordinating daily field activities and contractor work while upholding safety and milestone attainment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; a degree in Construction Science is preferred. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial construction coordination and administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks with the contractor.
• Ensure contractor activities are planned safely and efficiently.
• Monitor milestones and identify potential delays.
• Develop work-around plans to mitigate conflicts.
• Serve as first line coordinator for all contractor activities.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade partners.
