Job summary

You will work closely with the contractor to plan daily field tasks, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts while upholding company standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial construction coordination and administration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety requirements with a focus on zero-accidents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks with the contractor.
• Serve as the first line coordinator for all contractor activities.
• Monitor contractor performance against milestones and completion dates.
• Develop work-around plans to mitigate conflicts or delays.
• Communicate expectations and requirements clearly to team members.
