The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules while adhering to company standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma as minimum; Bachelor/Master preferred in Construction Science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial construction coordination/administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of company standards and construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks with the contractor.
• Monitor contractor performance against milestones and schedules.
• Develop work-around plans to mitigate conflicts and delays with other coordinators.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
