Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced Construction Coordinator to oversee industrial coordination tasks on small to moderate projects under general supervision. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and contractor performance across multiple site activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction coordination and administration experience.
• Electrical background is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor or Master preferred.
• Ability to work in process and field areas with physical tasks and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Audit contractor safety program and performance.
• Coordinate and network with Plant & Engineering Safety Personnel.
• Assure Job Cycle Checks are completed for each SOP at least annually.
• Assist Contract Administrator to align operations contract with site contracting strategy.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost and schedule work.
• Prepare for and participate in pre-job contract meetings and RFP processes.
• Maintain contractor alignment with onsite procedures and practices.
