Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in Austin seeks an experienced Team Lead/Project Specialist Botox Tx, US Specialty, Eye Care to deliver exceptional customer service to AbbVie customers and sales reps.

You will need to pivot for business needs, manage escalations, and collaborate across departments to resolve complex challenges. You will lead daily operations, generate reports, support the Training & Quality team, and mentor staff while maintaining high service levels and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Customer Service or sales support experience.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary team contact for escalations and channel communications.
• Monitor queues (returns, inquiries, emails, calls) and direct staff.
• Collaborate with Manager/other departments for timely escalation.
• Lead special projects and generate ad hoc reports.
• Analyze team metrics and report to Manager.
