Flagstone, the UK-origin cash platform, is seeking a Relationship Team Leader to oversee four field-based ARMs within the Partner network. You will be hands-on in the field, deepening engagement and driving referral growth while managing commercial relationships.

Based in the US with hybrid work, you will coach teams, report performance to the Head of Sales Operations, and balance personal contribution with leadership to scale the partnership program.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of leading field-based sales or relationship teams.
• Strong ability to develop partners and drive referral growth.
• Experience coaching and developing individuals in field settings.
• Excellent communication and influencing at senior levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate a team of four ARMs with coaching and clear expectations.
• Own team performance: monitor referrals, engagement, and conversion; intervene when needed.
• Maintain recruitment, onboarding and development for scale.
• Act as escalation point for ARM team on complex partner issues.
• Drive engagement with regional management and build trust with Partners.
