Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to strengthen strategic client partnerships in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote US-based role focuses on the independent broker/dealer channel, managing a portfolio of high-value relationships and driving growth while protecting accounts and elevating the client experience.

Using market insight and data-driven analysis, you will identify opportunities, deepen engagement, and support revenue expansion in a complex financial services

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of client relationship management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of the independent broker/dealer market.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships effectively.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Drive revenue growth within the independent broker/dealer channel.
• Manage territory coverage to expand and protect high-value client accounts.
• Oversee the client experience from business development through account management.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and address client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Investment, Technology, and Service.
• Support efforts to deepen clients’ strategic commitment to the organization.
