Job summary

Bluestone is seeking a Senior Living Relationship Manager to grow the business across the Tampa Bay area. You will promote Bluestone’s value, visit potential partners, and coordinate with internal teams to expand the brand in your market.

The role requires field presence 3-4 days weekly, with 1-2 days remote, and travel up to 80% within the local territory. A Bachelor’s degree and sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Documented previous sales success.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Senior Living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned growth goals through value proposition presentations and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and planning to achieve company targets in the assigned region.
• Develop understanding of competitive environment and articulate Bluestone value proposition.
• Manage complex schedules and adapt to patient growth and new providers joining the team.
• Record activities in CRM and Bluestone technology platforms.
• Spend 90% of workdays in the field with 10% on daily administrative tasks.
• Up to 80% travel within the local territory.
