The role requires 2–3+ years in FAS roles, hands-on molecular biology experience, and readiness to travel up to 75%. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of Field Applications Scientist customer-facing industry experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology workflows.
• Exposure to DNA sequence analysis tools and bioinformatics workflows is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead post-sales customer training and technical education through classroom instruction and hands-on sessions.
• Independently plan and execute customer product demonstrations in support of commercial objectives.
• Partner with Sales as a senior scientific expert for technical presentations and customer consultations.
• Represent Covaris as a technical leader at trade shows and conferences.
• Troubleshoot assay design and workflows; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
