Job summary

Sterling Industrial LLC. is seeking a Senior Field Administrator to join the Accounting team. The role focuses on accurate on-site data entry for hours worked by personnel and equipment, and facilitating job cost reporting.

You will support the project team, work with the owner to ensure data timeliness and accuracy, and handle payroll-related tasks while coordinating with site operations across local job sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry experience.
• Experience with union payroll is preferred.
• Ability to travel to local job sites as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter all hours for personnel and equipment on-site.
• Support project team with job cost reporting and manpower reports.
• Interact with the owner to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data.
• Prepare and verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments per site requirements.
• Create and maintain crew sheets and reconcile timesheets to billing reports.
• Assist in purchasing processes including PO creation, receiving, and invoice processing.
