Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in fiber optic installation or related field.
• Ability to work independently or in group settings.
• Knowledge of TIA/EIA, NEC codes; FOT certified a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from start to close with minimal supervision.
• Plan and track work to keep projects on schedule.
• Mentor less experienced teammates on crew.
• Maintain company vehicles and fusion/splicing equipment.
• Ensure DOT regulations, licenses, and calibration compliance.
