Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card and CDL where applicable.
• Knowledge of FTTH/RFOG architecture is a plus.
• Experience with fiber repair and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair the transport, trunk, and distribution networks from the headend to customer's devices.
• Maintain unity gain network and perform FCC-required tests.
• Coordinate training and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Work with Design, construction, ISP, NOC/ROC to resolve escalated issues.
