Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet DOT standards.
• DOT medical card and CDL may be required where applicable.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH/RFOG architecture and related testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair transport, trunk, and distribution networks from headend to customer devices.
• Perform FCC-required network tests and maintain network integrity.
• Coach and develop team members and oversee training.
• Coordinate with Design, construction, ISP, NOC/ROC to resolve issues.
• Support and mentor lower-level technicians as needed.
