Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Lead Communications Technician or similar role.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet Company driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote and discharge staff as needed.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives.
• Plan for project profitability and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee workload distribution and staffing levels for projects.
• Review job cost postings and assist in invoicing and reporting.
• Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time.
• Lead safety and quality checks and ensure compliance with budgets.
