Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Experience with underground fiber installation and trenching methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise crafts and subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of construction documents and safety programs.
• Occasional travel to project sites across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure plans meet specs.
• Develop project plans and monitor performance.
• Lead schedules, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
• Direct subcontractor and supplier selection and negotiations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff.
