Job summary

SummitHR in Los Angeles seeks a seasoned FF&E/Relocation Project Manager to lead furniture, fixtures, equipment for new and renovated spaces, including budgeting, specification, and procurement, coordinating with architects, IT, and contractors.

The role covers pre-move, move, and post-move phases, ensuring functional occupancy and adherence to schedules, with requirement of 7–14 years experience, a four-year degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 7–10 years of PM/relocation experience; if no degree, 11–14 years.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam.
• Flexible to work at multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FF&E programming, budgeting, procurement, scheduling.
• Coordinate move management from pre-move to close-out.
• Review construction documents and ensure FF&E coordination.
• Attend weekly project meetings with A/E and PM teams.
• Maintain FF&E and move-related documentation.
