Job summary

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced Asset Move Project Manager II (Relocation PM) to support LACCD with FF&E, relocation, and move-management for new, renovated, and swing-space projects. You will lead FF&E programming, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, installation, and closeout, coordinating with architects, engineers, vendors, and campus teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of relocation/move-management or FF&E coordination experience, a related four-year degree, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/Project Management, Planning, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 7–10 years of relevant project management/coordination experience in relocation/move management or FF&E coordination

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E programming, budgeting, specs, procurement coordination, scheduling, installation, and punch-list activities
• Plan and coordinate relocations, move scopes, swing spaces, and move-in activities
• Coordinate with project managers, architects/engineers, contractors, campus reps, user groups, procurement teams, vendors, and movers
• Develop and track FF&E and move budgets and schedules
• Review architectural and furniture docs to ensure FF&E coordination
• Coordinate reuse and relocation of existing furniture and equipment
• Support procurement of furniture, equipment, movers, and specialty contractors
• Coordinate FF&E deliveries, installation logistics, asset tagging, and disposition of surplus equipment
• Maintain project documentation and support closeout activities
• Provide project status reports and help ensure successful occupancy of spaces
