Job summary

Cordoba Corporation, a leading civil engineering and program management firm based in California, seeks an Asset Move Project Manager II (Relocation Project Manager) to lead FF&E for new, renovated, and swing space projects. You will manage programming, budgeting, procurement coordination, scheduling with construction, installation, and punch list activities to ensure full occupancy and functional spaces.

You will coordinate with CPD, A/E teams, and BUGs to shape project scope, deliver FF&E

Qualifications

• 4 year College Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/Project Management, Planning, Facilities Management or related area required.
• 7-10 years of project management and coordination experience in Move/Relocation/Facilities related fields.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Knowledge of furniture and equipment specifications and procurement.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency; Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam experience; AutoCAD or Visio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FF&E selection, procurement coordination and purchasing for project needs.
• Provide oversight of FF&E budgeting, scheduling, installation and close-out.
• Coordinate swing space planning, move coordination and post-move activities.
• Work with CPD, A/E teams and BUGs to develop scope, budget and schedule.
• Manage IT equipment coordination, budget and installation with IT PM.
• Ensure FF&E and Move budgets and schedules meet project goals.
