Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking an Asset Move Project Manager II to oversee FF&E for new, renovated and swing space projects in Los Angeles. The role includes programming, budgeting, procurement coordination, scheduling with construction teams, installation and punch list closure to ensure complete occupancy.

The candidate will manage move scope creation, bid analysis, budget tracking, and coordination with IT and A/E teams across multiple college sites.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• 7–10 years of project management/coordination experience.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Knowledge of FF&E specifications and procurement.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E programming, budgeting, sourcing, scheduling, installation, and punch list activities.
• Provide move management for swing space and occupancy.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors and A/E teams.
• Ensure FF&E and IT infrastructure coordination across disciplines.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
