Job summary

Citrix Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Lead Account Technology Strategist for the U.S. Public Sector to own the technical strategy for complex federal accounts, translating mission priorities into multi-year roadmaps and outcomes.

You will engage with senior DoD and civilian stakeholders, shape architecture, present executive briefs, and drive platform adoption with a focus on security, ICAM/Zero Trust, and DaaS/VDI in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Active United States Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of Sales Engineering and/or Consulting experience in high-tech, indirect sales, and procurement environments with a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Ability to work in and successfully navigate complex and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for a portfolio of the most complex North America Government federal accounts.
• Establish executive-level trusted advisor relationships and governance across customer and partner ecosystems.
• Provide technical thought leadership that shapes customer modernization approaches and internal standards.
• Diagnose current-state architectures and develop target-state designs.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration across sales, product, engineering, support, partners, and leadership.
• Deliver executive-ready architecture briefings and product demonstrations for senior leaders.
• Design and govern multi-product proofs of value with clear success criteria.
• Maintain customer cadences and drive decisions to unblock delivery.
• Drive platform adoption and mission readiness through strategic roadmaps.
• Own major incidents and escalation leadership for the account.
