Job summary

Zscaler’s Federal team is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Aerospace & Defense and Federal System Integrator vertical. This hands-on role architect solutions that address mission-critical needs and translate enterprise requirements into Zero Trust architectures.

You will lead POV engagements, produce POV assets, and partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline from first contact to a technical win. Strong communication to CIOs and network engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 5–8+ years as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator focusing on Federal/FSI/A&D ecosystems.
• Proven track record moving large customers to cloud-native Zero Trust security models.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, SSE/SASE.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex enterprise requirements into Zero Trust solution architectures.
• Lead POV engagements from start to finish with high-quality assets and documentation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on pipeline and winning technical engagements.
