Zscaler seeks a Manager, Sales Engineering - Federal to lead Federal Sales Engineering, directing resources through the full sales cycle in a remote DC metro area. You will work with Sales leadership to guide technical and functional strategy and develop team capability.

You will coach and develop engineers, drive federal wins, and deliver high-impact results with urgency and ownership while maintaining customer obsession and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience exploring AI tools to enhance workflows and problem solving.
• Experience selling to Federal Civilian Agencies.
• Residence within 2–3 hours of the Washington, D.C. metro area.
• Track record of managing a high-performing engineering team.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution by building technical champions across the federal customer base.
• Recruit, train, and develop top engineering talent on the team.
• Manage up to 8 individual contributors while delivering technical wins for federal customers.
