You will lead the preparation of government proposals, responses to expressions of interest, and technical submissions, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7+ years in A/E/C marketing, strong MS Office and InDesign skills, CRM experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with SMEs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process.
• 7+ years of related A/E/C experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign.
• Proficient in CRM Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, prepare, and review government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, award submissions, and presentations.
• Lead all phases of the pursuit process from kickoff to submission and closeout.
• Participate in pre-proposal meetings and debriefings.
• Provide input on pursuit strategy, content, and storytelling.
• Prepare major sections of pursuits with SMEs to develop content.
• Coordinate pursuit production, printing, and delivery with QA/QC.
• Deliver consistently compliant, high-quality submissions with strong customer service.
• Support marketing databases and data entry for leads, go/no-go decisions, and wins/losses.
• Maintain visually appealing resumes, boilerplate information, and project descriptions.
• Collaborate with technical staff, administrative staff, marketing staff, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with market research and development of business collateral for growth.
• Generate reports on marketing efforts and assist with training of staff.
• Engage in external marketing activities such as associations and conferences.
