Job summary

Nightwing seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division in Huntsville, AL. You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and mission objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of government program leadership, active TS/SCI with CI Poly, and a proven track record in FAR-based contracting and large budgets. DoD/IC experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business or related discipline.
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
5+ years of managing government programs in technical or IT environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of FAR and government contracting.
Excellent communication abilities with government customers and senior stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
PMP certification (preferred).
Experience with DoD/DOJ/IC customers.
Track record managing programs valued at $5M+.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders.
Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
Create and maintain comprehensive program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
Develop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation.
Guide technical solution development and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional program teams.
Drive collaboration across contracts, finance, and supporting organizations.
Champion a culture of excellence and innovation.
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with government customers.
Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to business development.
