Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive execution and coordination for our Cyber Products portfolio. You will be the hub between technical teams, customers, business development, and leadership to ensure customer feedback informs product priorities and programs are delivered on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in product management, program management, or technical sales within the cybersecurity domain
• Minimum 5 years managing government programs or delivering products to government customers
• Experience with DoD customers and government contracting processes
• Experience positioning highly technical cyber products to technical practitioners and program decision-makers
• Familiarity with FAR and government contracting processes
• Experience coordinating across engineering, contracts, finance, security, etc.
• Familiarity with cyber frameworks including RMF, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and related standards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development priorities based on customer and market demands across engineering, business development, and customer-facing teams
• Lead end-to-end program management for cyber product deployments across multiple customer sites and contracts
• Serve as primary customer point of contact throughout program lifecycle
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Support DoD and federal civilian sales efforts with technical insights and product demonstrations
• Develop and articulate compelling product messaging for technical users and executives
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and communicate status to leadership
