Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for contract performance. The PM will oversee all activities by Nightwing personnel and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and program goals.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and recent experience managing large, complex programs. You will lead communications between Government and Nightwing, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance is required.
• PMI PMP certification is required.
• Within 10 years, experience managing a program of comparable size, scope and complexity.
• Within 5 years, experience planning workforce for diverse technical disciplines.
• Within 5 years, experience contract financial management and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government’s primary point of contact for contract performance.
• Oversee all activities by contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Facilitate effective communication between Government and Nightwing.
• Monitor, manage, and report project status and KPIs.
• Ensure tasks are performed IAW contract requirements and timelines.
