Job summary

Nightwing seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division. The role demands a proven history of delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, paired with exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's in a related field, and at least 5 years managing government programs. Experience with DoD/DOJ/IC customers and PMP certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT environments.
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph; U.S. Citizenship.
Proven expertise managing program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Comprehensive knowledge of FAR and government contracting.
Exceptional communication abilities with government customers and senior stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Program management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders.
Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through successful closeout.
Create and maintain comprehensive program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
Develop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation.
Guide technical solution development and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.
Provide technical leadership in decision-making and complex problem resolution.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional program teams.
Cultivate collaboration across engineering, contracts, finance, and supporting organizations.
Drive performance management initiatives and professional growth.
Champion a culture of excellence and innovation.
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with government customers.
Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to business development.
